This project – actually under construction – is a residential complex, in busy Hamra neighborhood of Beirut City. It comprises around 110 apartments. Flexible planning allows opening-up apartments to each other – if required – in order to gain larger residential areas. Orientation of the living and the reception spaces takes full advantage of the sea view. State-of-the-art fixtures and equipment accentuate further the trendy design of the interiors and exterior.
