This competition-winner project is dedicated to accommodate the headquarter offices of a Lebanese bank on a commercially active boulevard of Beirut. Elegantly, this project defines, once more, a new skyline to the city, combining office functionality to aesthetics considerations. Furthermore, energy efficiency and green building requirements were incorporated, with expertise, within the language of the composition. Area of the project 65,000 m2.
